As part of the strategic vision to transform the BOG app into a super app, the platform expanded its features to allow users to manage their finances, children’s accounts, purchase insurance, gift cards, transport cards, and oversee investments. This shift required a design approach tailored to the complexity and versatility of super apps.
One key addition was the Invest module, a separate flow requiring users to register independently, even if they were already registered on the app. Initially, users couldn’t access the module’s features or view investment options without completing registration. However, in 2024, this limitation was removed.
After a design thinking process, we introduced a “look-around” feature, allowing users to explore the Invest module, check stock prices, and monitor market trends without registration. To further support users, we integrated an ad banner for an online investment education platform, making the module more approachable and educational for beginners.
